You (and people like you) are why we do it. You're MORE than welcome!

Keep in mind, as with politics, (the left and the right), beliefs have
similar polarities. Liberals do not think, they feel, and conservatives do not
feel, they think. Theists do not think, they feel, and atheists do not feel,
they think. Hard-core bible thumpers nor hard-core atheists are ideally the
way to be (neither extreme is good). A well rounded individual is willing to
go through the motions of religious tenets, while knowing it's all a lie. That
way, nobody gets hurt. I have a feeling, going against your parents wishes as
a minor will only result in both YOU and THEM getting hurt. :o(
My advice to _all_ minors is to at least pretend to believe what they
ram down your throat, until you reach the age of majority (18) whereupon you
_then_ tell them to get bent, and begin to express yourself as you see fit. :o)

Please be sure to share your story here with us, it will eventually
make it up on the website, and may help others in your position.
Cheers!
